Statement of Non-Discrimination – Northeast Nebraska Public Power District


The Northeast Power is a recipient of federal financial assistance from the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.   In accordance with federal law and U. S. Dept. of Agriculture policy, the Northeast Power is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.   (Not all prohibited bases apply to all programs.)
