In consideration of the installation of a light(s), the applicant agrees to use and pay for same for a term of 5 years from date of installation and thereafter until this agreement is terminated upon notice by either party to this agreement. If this agreement is terminated prior to 5 years from date of submission, then the customer agrees to pay the balance of the monthly charges. These charges may be added to the applicant’s electric bill and subject to disconnection of service for non-payment. After the 5-year obligation has been fulfilled the applicant may purchase the light for $60. In doing so the customer understands the requirement to provide for the maintenance and pay the energy required to operate the light.
